- Painting & Drywall Repairs: 6 Months guarantee against peeling or bubbling.
- Handyman & Wall Mounting: 30 Days fix guarantee.
2. Replacement Parts Warranty
All genuine replacement parts (capacitors, contactors, compressors, circuit breakers, mixer valves) supplied directly by PrimeHands carry official manufacturer warranties ranging from 6 months to 1 year.
3. Exclusions
The warranty does not cover issues resulting from external water supply cutoffs, third-party tampering, customer-supplied non-OEM parts, or accidental physical damage occurring after technician departure.
4. How to Make a Claim
If an issue recurs within your warranty period, simply contact our 24/7 support line at +971 52 525 9066 or submit a claim via your Client Portal with your Work Order Reference number. A technician will be dispatched for free re-inspection.
