Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear and transparent policies for service cancellations, product returns, and AMC termination
1. Service Booking Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled maintenance booking free of charge up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled technician arrival time.
Cancellations made less than 3 hours prior to dispatch or upon technician arrival at the property may incur a standard callout fee of AED 75 to cover transit costs.
2. Product Store Returns & Refunds
Maintenance products and tools purchased through our store may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are unused, in original sealed packaging, and accompanied by the tax receipt.
3. Non-Refundable Custom Materials
Custom-ordered replacement parts (such as specific commercial compressors, custom-cut glass, or tinted paints) that have already been procured from third-party manufacturers are non-refundable once ordered.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Stripe or Ziina gateway) within 5 to 7 business days, in compliance with UAE banking standards.
