1. Direct Service Engagement
PrimeHands General Maintenance LLC operates as a direct maintenance service provider. By requesting a service or placing an order on this platform, you enter into a direct agreement with PrimeHands. All services are performed by our certified in-house technicians.
2. Service Requests and Quotation Approvals
Submitting an online service request constitutes an initial booking inquiry. For standard services, rates are confirmed directly. For customized or large-scale repairs, a detailed written quotation itemizing labor and materials will be provided for your explicit approval before work begins.
3. Materials and Procurement
Customers may choose to provide their own certified materials or request PrimeHands to supply genuine OEM parts. Where PrimeHands provides materials, 100% upfront payment for materials is required prior to procurement.
4. Payments and UAE Taxes
All prices are expressed in UAE Dirhams (AED). In accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations, a mandatory 5% VAT will be applied to all taxable services, products, and AMC contracts.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws and commercial regulations of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and the Federal Laws of the United Arab Emirates.
